The way we express our words shall judge whether dwell in depression or affirmation. Sometimes those words are so deceiving. Yes many of us do get motivated and inspired by the words of powerful personalities, which helps overcoming melancholy

One more weapon to cut through the depression is “ART”, human civilization has been expressing their thoughts through painting and drawing even before communication.

Any art-form shall put a person’s slumping into a different mood and helps them to overcome their inner struggle and depression.

Why fear ?

“An unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger”, is called fear according to the Merriam Webster dictionary. Yes it’s a strong emotion; that on the one hand can be a guide, instinct or reflexes against a possible loss that is about to happen or to take precautions, on the contrary it can misguide the opportunities that come our way.

If fear is a negative thing, should we avoid it completely ? No; without fear as an emotion a person is never complete. Fearing every moment is not wise either. As it’s a strong emotion, it has the will to manipulate the mindset and can hit us hard on the productivity part of an individual. One must be very careful that we might conquer our fears even without our conscious.

If you fear, Inevitable is pain,
Need to have a balance to sustain
After all learning about fear is certain
Conquering the same shall not go in vain.
